Wireline Knuckle Joint

Wireline Operations - Slickline Tools

The Hunting Knuckle Joint is designed to provide flexibility within the
wireline toolstring. One or more Knuckle Joints can be inserted into the
toolstring at the operators discretion, to meet operational requirements.

A Knuckle Joint is particularly useful when it is situated below the jars, to provide
angular movement between the toolstring and the running or pulling tool. This is
especially advantageous during side pocket orientation with kick over tools.

Hunting Knuckle Joints are available in various diameters. They are equipped
with industry standard connections and can be supplied with double
fishing necks.

A Knuckle Joint is particularly useful when it is

situated below the jars, to provide angular movement
between the toolstring and the running or pulling tool.
