The Smithsonian Institution (SI) wishes to amend its current Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (NRC) Byproduct Materials License to reflect the following changes:

1. Delete an authorized user from Item 12.F. Eric Silver.


2. Delete the following electron capture detector (ECD) from Item 6.G.:
Manufacturer: Hewlett Packard
Model: G1223A
Serial Number: Fl 149
This device was transferred to Agilent Technologies, Inc., on October 27,
2016.
3. Correct spelling in Item 12.C. Roger Conner should be spelled Roger Connor.
4. Add Alternate Radiation Safety Officer, William Beckett. Resume is attached.
5. Change the refresher training frequency for radiation safety to a biennial
frequency.
