A 75-year-old female patient named Kasturi Bai underwent a CT scan of her head which was referred by Dr. Uday Chakotiya. The scan found a small hypodense area in the right parietal paraventricular region indicating a small right parietal infarct with no fresh bleeding. It also found prominent cortical sulci, ventricles and basal cisterns indicating diffuse cerebral atrophy. The cerebellum, brainstem, and posterior fossa structures appeared normal with no midline shift observed.
