PIZZA MARGHERITA

INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH

500g Flour
15g Yeast
250cl Warm Water
2 Tbs Olive Oil
3 Pinches of Salt

FOR THE TOPPING

Tomato Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Basil Leaves
Grated Parmesan
Salt to Taste

PREPARATION

1. Sieve the flour onto the bench and make a well in the middle.
2. Pour the water into the well, mix and add the yeast, salt and oil.
3. Knead until the dough is smooth and then place it inside a large flour-dusted bowl.
4. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and leave to rise for about 3 hours.
5. Dust the bench with flour.
6. Place the dough on the bench and knead it again.
7. Cut the dough into 4 parts and roll them out with a rolling pin.
8. Put the dough on a greased pizza pan, spread the tomato sauce with a spoon and drizzle
with extra virgin olive oil.
9. Add a pinch of salt, 2 basil leaves, a few slices of mozzarella and a little Parmesan cheese.
10. Bake at 200 for 20 m.
