LEMON SPAGHETTI

Ingredients
2-3 tbsp coarse salt
500g spaghetti
150g butter
1 tbsp grated lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon juice
tsp salt
tsp ground black pepper
1/3 cup basil
60g grated Parmesan cheese
6 fresh basil leaves for garnish

Directions
1. Cook the spaghetti al dente in boiling salted water.
2. Put the butter in a large pan.
3. Add the zest and the lemon juice, salt, pepper and basil.
4. Heat slowly for 1 minute.
5. Pour over the spaghetti and stir.
6. Serve in a warm bowl.
7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on the spaghetti.
8. Garnish with basil leaves.
