Old Business
Our secretary (Jordyn) will address the minutes from the previous meeting and take
attendance.

New Business
President Report: Our President (Katie) will now discuss any important information.
Service Project updates or questions based on Service Project.

Vice President Report: Our Vice President (Kyle) will discuss any additional meeting
information.

Secretary Report: Our Secretary (Jordyn) will discuss information that pertains to
membership records.

Treasurer Report: Our Treasurer (Cole) will address the money that is in the NJHS
account and any money that is collected or raised through fundraisers.

Historian and Recorder Report: Our Historian and Reporter (Jessie and Kylie) will
address any event that recently occurred which she covered for our historical records.

Meeting Dates and Times: Our last meeting for the 2016-2017 school year is
WEDNESDAY, May 17th. We will celebrate our successes for the year!

Girls on the Run Posters- 1 in school service hour per neatly made poster. See
Jessie for a name for the poster
All service hour papers are due at this meeting, so make sure they are completed and
signed!

Suggestions for Kindness Campaign Wrap-Up activity in May
Teacher Appreciation ideas? Possibly M&M Thank you cards. This requires money
donations from members
Make posters for state testing week.
