Grand Aurora

HOTEL AND RESTAURANT

Where guests become royalties

May 10, 2017

Ms. Trisha Rimando

General Manager and CEO
Hotel Mo To
Shaw Boulevard, Manila, Philippines

Dear Ms. Rimando:

We are writing this letter to formally notify you that we request a full statement of explanation on
what happened on the ASEAN summit. Furthermore, the ASEAN representatives complained
about the issue for they weren't treated as VIP guests of the hotel.

We are very disappointed about what happened on May 9, 2017 during the ASEAN Summit. It
was stated on our contract that we agreed you will accommodate all of the excess guests in the
event; however, your hotel only managed to accommodate half of the guests in the said event.

We are very upset and we did not have a choice but to find another hotel that would accept the
excess guests immediately. We are aggravated about what happened since your hotel did not
follow the terms and conditions that were agreed upon to. We hope that this is not the way you
treat your valued partners.

We are open to have a meeting and talk about what really happened during the event. We would
like to hear your side regarding this issue. Feel free to contact us through our telephone number
or email or visit us in our company. Thank you!

Sincerely yours,

Ms. Kirlyn Mae Pastores
