Greetings from the University of Baguio Graduate School and the Professional Criminologists
Association of the Philippines -Luzon (PCAP-LUZON)!

May we respectfully invite you and your staff/students to the CRIMINOLOGY FORUM in Baguio
City on May 12, 2017 from 12pm 6pm to be held at the College Assurance Plan (CAP)
Building Function Hall located along Session Road, Baguio City. The forum is directed to
strengthen the insights and horizons of criminology professionals and students, public safety
practitioners and interested individuals into the current trends, practices and issues that beset
the constantly changing criminology environment in this country. The speakers are no other than
the Chairman of the Board of Criminology, ATTY. RAMIL G. GABAO and the National
President of the Professional Criminologists Association of the Philippines (PCAP), DR.
GERRY J. CAO.

We would like to encourage every Criminology Practitioners to participate in this important and
timely undertaking considering that the Continuing Professional Development Program of all
Professions under the Professional Regulations Commission will be implemented July this year
and both the Resource Speakers are members of the CPD Council of the PRC themselves.
