Write a paper on Food Safety of Street
Foods in Jakarta Bogor Tangerang Bekasi
Area by observing the street vendors
Group I : Bubur ayam, Bubur Sumsum,
Bubur candil, kolak
Group II : Gorengan such as tempe, tofu,
cakue, Sumedang tofu, empek2, batagor,
martabak telur, fried chicken, included fried
noodles, fried rice etc
Group III : Cold drinks such as cendol, fruit
juices, cincau, doger, es puter, es buah,
buah potong
Group IV : Vegetables based such as Gado2,
Ketoprak, karedok, lumpia basah, tauge
goreng, salad
Group V : Hot foods such as variety of Soto,
mie bakso, mie ayam, Soup (Chicken, beef,
oxtail), siomay

Please submit the paper with good


illustration (pictures) based on observation,
in two versions : Indonesian and English
with maximum 30 pages without the
pictures
The deadline for the soft copy of submission
is May 31, 2017 at 23.59 for English version
to gridsw@yahoo.com in word with the
subject : STREET FOOD
After two weeks, the reviewed version will
be returned back to each group and finalize
to be submitted on the final exam day.
Indonesian versions dead line will be one
week after the final exam is over.
