1.1 Project Title
Aman Sekeluarga Mechanical will be held on 14th March 2017 at Kampung
Gong Limau. This event is a local community event launched by the State
Minister of Terengganu.

The main objective of the event is to clean the environment of the village of
Kampung Gong Limau from any unwanted rubbish. The budget for the event is
sponsored from the District Council of Kemaman.

1.2 Project Objectives

To strengthen the bonds between the villagers.

To establish a higher cooperation among the villagers.
To nourish a more healthy and cleaner attitude in each individual.
To brighten and improve the condition of the environment of Kampung
Gong Limau.
To eradicate any source of Aedes mosquito breeding grounds.

2.2 Major Deliverables

Deliverable is a product or service that is given to your client. It has a due date
and is tangible, measurable and specific. It can be given to either an external or
internal customer and satisfies a milestone or due date that is created and

Community Work.
- All attendants will be group up equally to make 5 groups in total.
Each group will be given a specific task to accomplish by the
organizer, that is Group 1 will take care of the grave site, Group 2
will clean and clear up the drains, Group 3 will clean up the park,
Group 4 will clean and improve the village garbage disposal area
and lastly Group 5 will roam the village picking up any garbage along
the village streets.

Plant New Saplings.

- The new saplings will be given to each family in Kampung Gong
Limau that would be a total of 198 saplings. These saplings will be
planted near their house or a place nearby if possible. The place to
put the sapling is freely determined by the family. In addition, 20 new
sapling will be planted in the village park to further brighten the park
with more trees.

Local Soccer and Futsal Friendly.

- A friendly competition will be held in the village park. The number of
teams must be in even number and not be more than 4 teams with
player of 13 with 2 reserves for soccer. For futsal, team must not be
more than 6 with player of 5 or 6. This is done to ensure that the
game can be manage easily. The venue of the soccer match is held
on the village field while futsal is held on the local futsal centre.

Cooking Competition.
- The competition will be attend by the women. There will be 4 group
in total with 4 to 5 members in each group. For the competition, a
special judge will be invited that is, Chef Kamarol. Before undergo
the competition, a short briefing will be given to the competitors. The
ingredients and equipment will be given. The prize will be given to
the 1st, 2nd, 3rd while the other attendants will be given a consolation
prize.
 Karaoke Competition
- The contest is open to all, but limited to the first 10 people. It will be
held during the prize giving ceremony the head village. The prize for
the competition is a hamper for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

2.3 Project Priorities

Project prioritization appears when an organization has two or more either
independent or dependent (portfolio) projects that are performed in parallel. In
order to ensure the achievement of strategic goals and objectives, that organization

Performance (Scope)
 Preparation for 37poor families. Each of the family will receive a gift that is
worth RM500.

Cost (Budget)
Equipment and tools must be prepared and estimated by team members to
ensure that cost is below RM1000. While food and beverages must be
below RM3000.

Time (Schedule)

7.00 am: Departure from KKTM Kemaman

7.30 am: Arrives at Kg. Gong Limau and register attendant for mechanical student

7.40 am: Get breakfast

8.00 am: Start aerobics exercise program with the Kg. Gong Limau resident.

9.00 am: Divide the group for cooperative activities

11.00 am: Start preparing for lunch while waiting for the State Minister of Terengganu

12.00 pm: The State Minister of Terengganu arrives at Kg. Gong Limau

12.30 pm: Lunch has been prepared and eat together with the State Minister of

Terengganu and resident of Kg. Gong Limau.

2.00 pm: State Minister of Terengganu gives speech and the next ceremony

3.00 pm: All the activities will start

4.30 pm: Evening meal has been prepared

5.20 pm: The distribution of prizes to the winners and fund RM500.00 for 37 poor

family at Kg, Gong Limau .

6.00 pm: Program has ended and the State Minister of Terengganu leaves and all the

participants clean the area.

6.45pm: Return back to KKTM Kemaman.
