Job Description

Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning

guidelines
Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to
equipment faults
Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly
Liaising with client departments, customers and other engineering and
production colleagues
Dealing with emergencies, unforeseen problems, and repairs
Keeps up-to-date with latest equipment, technologies, and maintenance
methods.
Assists with development and coaching of maintenance methods.
Ensures application of asset management and maintenance system data and
accurate, timely data entry and reporting.
Participates in technical audits and compliance assessments, and follows up
on closure of remedial action plans.

Job Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree, Engineering

(Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.
Knowledgeable in auxiliary system design for residential and commercial
applications
With experience in control system, home automation design and
configuration
Experience in Audio Visual, CCTV, Structured Cabling, Access Control System
design, configuration and implementation.
Knowledgeable in electrical materials and accessories
Knowledgeable in building and construction standard
Proficient in the latest version of AutoCAD 2D and D
