How Do School Staff build meaningful relationships with Community

First, there should be purposeful relationships between family members and

school staffs, for the benefit of the students. Secondly, this can be achieved when the
school staffs make efforts to build a trusting relationship between them and families of
students. Thirdly, school staffs and parents can help with the organization of class
parties such as Childrens Day, Teachers Day, Mothers Day and many other events.

Moreover, it can also be done through the establishment of forums in schools

websites, where meaningful discussions can be initiated to provide a better interaction
between the two parties concerned. Also, through sports events where school staffs can
collaborate parents to build a good understanding. Besides that, PIBG meetings can
help more often to explore expectations for the students in the community. School staffs
can work together as a team with the parents to come up with plans and strategies for
the childrens education. School staffs can hold talks with parents who have children
facing problems in studies, to learn at home under guidance. Social trust must be
achieved first in order to lead to school improvement and student achievement.

Understanding the cultural values of the students can help to foster

communication with families and create a better environment for the families. As a
conclusion, it is the community, family and school staffs that play an important role in
building meaningful relationships. The activities designed here can help to foster great
relationships with others.
