Picasso was one of the greatest artist ever and influenced many painters to follow his

path. He was born in Malaga, Spain in 1881 on october. Picasso died on April 8, 1973. He was

very interested in art since a young age from his father that was a painter and a teacher. Picasso

was told that had keen eyes and was destined for greatness. His Father was Don Jose Blasco and

mother was Dona Maria Picasso y Lopez.

Pablo Picasso was just a short name for him his real gargantuan name was Pablo Diego

Jose Francisco de Paula Juan Nepomuceno Maria de los Remedios Cipriano de la Santsima

Trinidad Mrtir Patricio Clito Ruiz y Picasso. According to his life the first word he said was piz

the full word is lapiz it means pencil. Later his father decided to teach him to draw by the time he

was 13 he had surpassed his fathers art skills. He was so interested in art he lost the desire to do

any school work but, he was punished to sit a room full of white walls.

In 1895 Picasso moved to Barcelona, Spain 14 years old he applied for a school of fine

arts. There were many strict rules to follow. Once again he lost intrest of school and started to

roam around the city and sketching the city. 16 years old he moved again and started to skip

there too.

In the turn of 20th century, Picasso moved to Paris, France which was the center of art he

opened an art studio.There were many periods that people created 1901-1904 was the blue period

Picassos most famous arts during the blue period was Blue Nude, La Vie, Old Guitarist. Picasso

created Cubism when he painted one painting called Les Demoiselles d'Avignon which had five nude

prostitutes, and very different sharp geometric sides. After WWII he joined a communist community and

was twice honored the International Lenin Peace Prize.

The Weeping women was made by Picasso in 1937. It is about a ghostly women looking

for her missing children across canals and rivers. It is known over many religions and cultures.

She was Aztec her story goes back to Hernan Cortes she was the wife of Cortes. She found out

Cortes had left her for a rich spanish woman. She already had children with him and was very

mad she did a act of vengeance that drove her.
