Subject:- ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL IN CASE OF SCHEME

“SHADBAD CHOLISTAN PROJECT”.

I am directed to refer to your letter No. CDA-2010/DDL/2094

dated 16.01.2010. The matter was forwarded to Finance Department
and the pointed out the following short comings:-

i. Nomenclature of Office Secretary is not applied in Public

Sector offices.

ii. Post of driver carries BS-04.

iii. Post of attendant (Naib Qasid) carries BS-01.

iv. Post of Account Assistant does not match the list of staff in
approved PC-I.

You are, therefore, requested to kindly furnish the

annotated response to the queries of Finance Department mentioned
above to P&D Department for further process at the earliest.

The PC-I was examined in RP section and it was found that

no of posts for the project have been increased as per approved PC-I by
PDWP. You are requested to kindly clarify the said position.
