INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES

1.Under no circumstances, admission will be allowed without this admit card. Candidates should check the Admit Card carefully and bring discrepancies, if any, to the notice of the
University's office immediately.
2.If the photograph or signature on the Admit Card is defective or illegible or missing, candidates are required to bring 2 (two) stamp size photographs along with any one of the
following documents: (i) Madhyamik or equivalent certificate bearing photograph, (ii) PASSPORT, (III) PAN Card, (iv) AADHAAR Card, (v) EPIC (Voter Identity Card) and (vi) Driving
License.
3.Candidates should occupy their seats marked with their respective ROLL NOS at least 10 MINUTES before the time fixed for commencement of examination.
4.Admission to the Examination Hall will not be allowed after 30 (thirty) minutes of the scheduled time from commencement of the examination.
5.ADMISSION TO THE EXAMINATION IS PURELY PROVISIONAL SUBJECT TO DETERMINATION OF ELIGIBILITY IN TERMS OF THE ADVERTISEMENT
6.The assessment & evaluation of answer scripts done by the University shall be treated as final and shall not be open to scrutiny by any external authority.
7.No candidate shall leave the examination hall without prior permission of the invigilator. The answer script and question booklet must be kept in the custody of the invigilator
during the absence of the candidate from the examination hall.
8.A candidate having completed his / her answer script must hand it over, even if blank, to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall. The answer script must on no account
be left on the desk.
9.No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall before completion of the whole examination.
10.CANDIDATES SUFFERING FROM LOW VISION WILL BE ALLOWED 20 MINUTES EXTRA TIME PER HOUR OF EXAMINATION.
11.Candidates suffering from Low Vision and requiring the help of a Scribe must engage their own Scribe. The Scribe must have academic qualification not higher than the
candidate. The University, under no circumstances would provide Scribe to Visually Challenged Candidates.
12.ADOPTION OF ANY TYPE OF UNFAIR MEANS DURING THE HOURS OF EXAMINATION WILL ENTAIL PENAL ACTION AS WOULD BE DEEMED FIT BY THE
COMMISSION. THE COMMISSION MAY ALSO CANCEL THE CANDIDATURE OF ANY CANDIDATE EVEN AFTER PUBLICATION OF THE RESULTS IF THERE ARE
REASONS TO BELIEVE THAT THE CANDIDATE HAD ADOPTED UNFAIR MEANS DURING THE EXAMINATION.
CARRYING OR USING MOBILE PHONE OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF ELECTRONIC GADGET OF COMMUNICATION INSIDE THE EXAMINATION HALL IS BANNED.

INFRINGEMENT OF THIS INSTRUCTION WILL ATTRACT PENAL ACTION INCLUDING BAN FROM FUTURE EXAMINATION.
