THE PRISONS (DELHI AMENDMENT)

ACT, 1956

[16th May, 19561

An Act to amend the Prisons Act, 1894, in its
application to the State of Delhi.
BE it enacted by the &Ihi State Legislative Assembly
in the Seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows :-
Short titie 1. (1) This Act may be called the Prisons (Delbi Am-
