Goal
Wish: I want to be more concentrate while reading book.

Setti
Outcome: Being more concentrate will make my grade to be better and it will
make me more understand and get more knowledge from the book that I read.

Obstacle: Social media, while I start to read a book there always be a phone
sound that people chatting or send message to me and I think that the way to
solve is closing all of the notification from social media before I start to read a
book.

Plan: If I can be more concentrate when I read a book then I will be able to
learn better.

Read with a Specific Goal in Mind

Read in 50 minute intervals.

Clear your mind for 1 minute before start.

Practice proper posture.

Turn off the instant messengers, cell phone and email notifiers.

After research, I have asked every people around me for a suggestion and I can

-Read a book in an area that silent

-Make sure that you mine are ready to read

-My uncle says that when he see I reading a book, I am concentrated person until

-My friend (Pea) say, sometimes when he see me read a book, I spend too much

Plan:
-I will see the result from the score that I will practice SAT reading test every
day that I have free time and see result from how much score that I can
improved.
