industry, it is the mix of headphones and a helmet, hence the name Helmphones. Helmphones are

intended for motorcyclist but can be used for any kind of biking. Helmphones are just as strong

as a normal helmet and have great quality headphones built into them. You may be wondering,

How does such an amazing product work? Helmphones connect via Bluetooth to your mobile

device, you can then play music, podcast or any audio.

The pricing of our product varies on how you like the helmet. We charge $200 for a normal

helmet and $250 for a custom designed helmet. If you purchase a custom designed helmet you

have the options to add your own image to the HelmPhones or if you want stripes, you can have

them. The possibilities are endless when it comes to custom designing. When you order normal

HelmPhones you choose the color youd like and we send it to you. When you order

HelmPhones you receive FREE SHIPPING! Absolutely no charge on shipping no matter where

you live.

How to Order
You can order HelmPhones directly from our website. You can pay via Credit, Debit or PayPal.

If you wish to pay an alternative way you can email the HelmPhones support team to discuss

how you may do that. The checkout process is very easy, simply choose the HelmPhones you

When comparing HelmPhones to our competition, they dont stand a chance. Our product is top

of the line in safety and headphone quality. HelmPhones use the strongest plastics, fiberglass and

carbon Kevlar to create the safest helmet possible, we also test their strength in The Lab so we

can test their limits. As for headphone quality, we use Bluetooth compatible headphones the

charge lasts 6 hours. The headphones produce the best possible music; with amazing bass and

clear vocals you can hear everything even in that downtown traffic. You may wonder How can I

hear the cars around me?, well the HelmPhones only reach a volume thats loud enough to hear

How We Produce It
We plan to produce this product by hiring many workers in our business headquarters, our

headquarters are located right at home in North Carolina. We have a factory ready for

HelmPhones to start production, well need around 200 workers to start off production. These

workers will receive a very safe working environment, a great wage and their very own

HelmPhones. We treat our customers like family so we treat our employees the same.

How Much We Will Produce

We plan on producing enough HelmPhones for every biker out there, everyone needs

HelmPhones. We will need roughly $200,000 to begin our business, this money will be used to

purchase the materials needed for the HelmPhones and to pay the employees. We will officially

launch our business when we have 1000 units in inventory, once we have reached that number

HelmPhones will be available to purchase on our website. We will get more HelmPhones in our

inventory by making more units once we start receiving orders, then we make money to buy

more materials to make more HelmPhones.

Target Market
Our target market is all bikers out there, in 2014 there have been 4,295 deaths and 92,000

injuries in the United States alone. We want to give these bikers safety and a little more for when

theyre riding once again. We want to create a whole new biking experience and prevent deaths

and injuries.

We want HelmPhones to become an official business to prevent deaths and injuries of all bikers

out there, but that is not the only reason. We noticed something about motorcycles, their radios

are on the outside, just think how annoyed people may get after hearing people blast music. This

is the exact reason why we created HelmPhones. We wanted to create a whole new riding

experience for all bikers out there.

We are a partnership here at the HelmPhones company, we chose this because our two Co-CEOs

agree that two heads are better than one. We agreed that were all in this together, through

economic declines and inclines. We always do business fairly between one another, and we never

run out of great ideas, we rely on one another.

At Helmphones Co. were the first of our kind, no one has ever done anything like what we do.

Now we do believe in the future other companies will try to steal our idea, but we will always be

sure to best them in quality and pricing.

plastic), leathers (for padding), fibers (such as polymer, nylon, and polyester)

Labor- Any force of human effort: Well use labor to manufacture, check and ship the product.

Capital- A man made factor used to produce goods: Well use computers, factories, tools, and

more capital goods to create the HelmPhones.

Entrepreneur- The individual responsible for organizing all production: Well use

entrepreneurship to organize and manage all aspects of the company.

We can increase productivity and efficiency by offering employee benefits and using the division

of labor so that everyone has a job that they are good at. This will increase efficiency and the

employee benefits will excite the workers, increasing productivity.

The employees will be manufacturing HelmPhones, having them tested, and ship them to the

consumers. For our first factory, we will need around 200 employees, we will have our

entrepreneurs will be watching over the employees to make sure everything is going great.

they start working they receive their very own HelmPhones.

Five-year Plan
Somethings we cannot control may be if the consumers love our product, this can make our

business succeed. Other factors that we cannot control may include if competition shows up but

all buyers prefer our brand, these things could make us succeed without us doing anything.

To grow our business, we plan on selling HelmPhones across the world, there are so many bikers

out there and we want all of them to see our product. We also plan to spread our factories all over
