    RecognizingthattheHOTVhasbeenchargedwiththeresponsibilityofcarryingthe
    materialwealthoftheformerUnitedStatesofLego,

    FurtherrecognizingthatthehistoryandartifactsoftheUnitedStatesofLegoaretobe
    keptsafeandpreservedfortherestorationofthehomeland,

    HerebyformstheTreasuryDepartment,chargedwiththemaintenanceofavaultfor
    thesafekeepingofvaluables.TheTreasuryDepartmentshallbedirectedbythe
    SecretaryObadiahStane.

    AnAgencyoftheTreasuryDepartment,theHistoricalPreservationAgency,shallbe
    establishedtospecificallysafeguardartifactsandnon-monetaryvaluablesinthevault
    oftheHOTV.TheAgencyshallbeledbyDirectorAdventureMan.TheDirectormay
    designatenewvaluablestobeprocuredandprotectedfromtheOldWorld.
