    Upon the death or incapacitation of the President and Vice President, the line of succession to assume the office of the President is: 1. Speaker of the House of Representatives 2. Secretary of State 3. Secretary of the Treasury 4. Secretary of Defense If all members in the line of succession are unable to serve, the Undersecretary of State shall assume the presidency, followed by the Director of Security Intelligence Bureau and then the Undersecretary of the Treasury. The last surviving member in the line of succession can name a new Vice President without Congressional approval. If resolution GD007 is triggered, the Secretariat will assume the presidency and a state of emergency will be declared, granting extraconstitutional powers.

    PresidentialLineofSuccession

    IntheeventoftheincapacitationordeathofthePresident,theVicePresidentshall
    immediatelyassumetheOfficeofthePresidentwithfullforceoflaw,responsibilities,
    andprivileges.

    UpontheincapacitationordeathofthePresidentandtheVicePresident,theSpeaker
    oftheHouseshallassumetheOfficeofthePresident,followedinorderbythe
    SecretaryofState,theSecretaryoftheTreasury,andtheSecretaryofDefense.

    Upontheincapacitationordeathofthesepersonnel,theUndersecretaryofStateshall
    assumetheOfficeofthePresident,followedbytheDirectoroftheSecurityIntelligence
    Bureau,andtheUndersecretaryoftheTreasury.

    Intheeventofacatastrophicdisaster,accident,orincident,thelastsurvivingmember
    ofthelineofsuccessionisorderedtonameaVicePresident.Thismaybedone
    withouttheendorsementofCongressoraGovernmentResolution.

    IfGovernmentResolution#7(GD007)HeartoftheValleyReformationistriggered,
    theSecretariatshallassumetheofficeofthePresidentasappointedbeforethe
    dissolutionoftheHOTVbythelegitimatepresident.ThismakestheSecretariatthesole
    legitimatesuccessortothePresidencyoftheUSL/HOTV.OncetheSecretariatis
    appointed,astateofemergencyisautomaticallydeclaredunderGovernment
    Document#15(GD015)NCAHOTVFormation,grantingthenewPresident
    extraconstitutionalpowerstounilaterallydirectthemilitary,appointnewofficers,seize
    property,andaltertheorgansofthestate.
