Living accommodation
Article 1.
Landlord lets out for hire room Attic in the house at Kruisstraat 115 in Eindhoven, starting
This includes use of the shared kitchen, shower,
restroom, living room and balcony.
Rent and other cost
Article 2.
The rent of the room is 251,40 per month. This includes the cost of gas, electricity, water
and the use of the available furniture in the house and room, exclusive internet. The rent of
the room maybe amended on the landlords proposal yearly.
Article 3.
If rent payment is behind three months or more the landlord reserves the right to terminate the
contract and to evict the tenant without prior notice.
Article 4.
By signing this agreement, the tenant commits himself to pay a refundable deposit of
260,00 to the prior tenant of the room number Attic. When, after the end of the agreement,
there is no need to withhold the deposit (such as leaving the room before the end of the
agreement), the new tenant of room Attic or the landlord will pay back the deposit within
one month.
Article 5.
The rent will be paid monthly, before the 27th of the preceding month. Payment will happen
by money transfer to account number NL29INGB0666051259 of Best Intermediair Vastgoed
Makelaardij BV indicating Kruisstraat 115 and month.
Obligations and rights
Article 6.
The landlord is obliged to make the room available to the tenant in a clean state and with no
defects.
Article 7.
He tenant is obliged not to cause any trouble or other inconvenience to the landlord, fellow
inhabitants and neighbors. When the tenant leaves the room it should be clean and with no
defects.
The end of the agreement
Article 8.
The tenant is responsible for the rent starting from the date stated in article 1.
Article 9.
The rent agreement can be ended : - by arranging a replacement tenant
