Subject - Proof of Relationship to Sponsor

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is to provide supplementary information about documents

submitted under the clause 7. Proof of Relationship:
If you answered yes, provide documentation from two (2) of the following
three (3) sets of options:
Joint ownership of residential property or joint residential leases or joint
rental agreements listing both the sponsor and the principal applicant;
(Minimum 1 document);
Proof of joint utilities accounts (electricity, gas, telephone); (Minimum 1
document);
Important documents for you and your sponsor showing the same
address, such as copies of Government issued identification documents:
driver's licenses, insurance policies, etc. (Minimum 1 document).

Bullet #1: Joint ownership of residential property or joint residential

leases or joint rental agreements listing both the sponsor and the principal
applicant;
Answer #1: Name of Sponsor, (further The Sponsor) and Name of
Applicant (futher The Applicant) reside at the mortgaged residential
property. I.e. the Sponsor does not outright own the property and still paying
off an outstanding mortgage loan. It required modifying the loan and adding
the new homeowner to the mortgage to include the Applicant on the house
title. To proceed with it, the Applicant must provide a Social Insurance
Number to the Bank, and has a sufficient permanent status in Canada, which
is impossible since the Applicant is under the Visitor Status. Therefore it is
not possible to provide this type of evidence.
