 Wreath *
In that day, the Lord Almighty will be a
glorious crown, a beautiful wreath for the
remnant of his people.
--Is 28:5

Preparation Time: 2 minutes/wreath

Craft Time: 10-15 minutes

Materials: Per girl: Twisted grapevine wreath (any size)

Silk flower for each virtue (can do at once or as you cover the virtue)
Hot glue
Ribbon, lace, etc., for decorating
1/2"-1" ribbon, about 6" long
2" or larger wired ribbon, 12"-18" long
Extra flowers, leaves, little bugs, butterflies, birds (optional)

Tools: Scissors
Hot glue gun

Preparation: If simplifying, fold 6" piece of ribbon into a loop and hot glue to the back
of the wreath.
Tie wired ribbon into a bow.

Craft: If desired, girls can wrap ribbon loosely around their wreath first. Tie and hot
glue the bow to the front of the wreath. Either at this meeting, or as they earn them, hot
glue the silk flowers.

Simplify: See Preparation.

Embellish: Add butterflies, ladybugs, little birds or other

garden items. You can let the girls earn these for extra
activities or give them to commemorate events you do as a
group.

 Headband *

Make tunics, sashes and headbandsto give them

dignity and honor.

You can either do this at your first meeting to give the girls
something to wear to meetings and group functions, or award
flowers as you study each virtue and let the girls apply them at
home.

Preparation Time: None

Craft Time: 10-15 minutes

Materials: Per girl: one plain, fabric-covered headband

Silk flower for each virtue (can do this all at once or as you study the saint)
Hot glue
Ribbon, lace, etc., for decorating
Extra flowers, leaves, little bugs, butterflies, birds (optional)

Tools: Hot glue gun

Craft: Girls simply glue the flowers to the headband. They can add ribbons or extra
leaves, etc. as desired.
