Trouble shooting / Servicing of field instruments, solenoid valves, Limit switches, Pneumatic Cylinders, Air Flow
Controller, Transmitters & Gauges, Filters, Control Valves.
Trouble shooting the field device problem from field to system cabinet
Hand experience on the marshaling cabinet and system cabinet
Read experience of the P&ID diagram
Chickening the field devices is mounted in the field based on the P&ID diagram
Hand experience on the HART CUMMUNICATER ( HONEYWELL MC 202)
Hand experience on the how to use external source meter (YOKOGAWA, CA71HANDY CAL )
Regular check-ups and monitoring of damper system in FD Fan, PA Fan & ID Fan
