EQ Behaviour Questionnaire

Purpose

This questionnaire is designed to help you understand how you prioritize leadership behaviours in your day-to-day
routine. Your individual responses will not be shared with any unauthorized people or your manager.

During the training programme, we will explore when it is appropriate to use these various behaviours and the impact
that they have on your teams. Your trainers will help you identify your strengths and areas of development, and develop
a more balanced approach to leadership.

actual behavior (not your ideal behaviour). Assign only 6 of the 24 statements to each of the followingwhich means
