Job Description:-

TATA Communications is one of leaders in VOIP provider. We provide VOIP solution to


Enterprise and Call Center customers. We have a core Enterprise Voice team which
manages end to end set up for customers which include their CUBE router (Hardware and
Configs), Audio Code etc. from provision to service delivery. Calls originated from
Customer are forwarded to our Global Voice Network on Sonus and Genband SBC for
terminating calls across the world. We provide outbound and inbound calling facility, DID,
TFN, IDD service depending on customer requirement.

Responsibilities:-

Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Fault Management, L1/ L2 support for all VOIP
