Functional group
Oxycodone has 4 functional groups. These 4 groups are
amine,alcohol,ketone, and ether also aromatic ring. Its an amine
because it has nitrogen bonds, Alcohol because it has OH bond,
Ketone because it has double bonded oxygen bond and ether
because of oxygen bond.

Purpose and Application


Oxycodone is an opioid pain medication. it is one type of the drug
that decrease the pain and painkiller drug. Normal people can have it
when they have a prescription. Mostly doctor used to relieve moderate
to severe pain.[2][3] because it will decrease heart rate. Mostly it uses
for medical purpose. It also widely used in clinical practice. This can
make your body stop breathing and died. Drug recipients MUST avoid
drinking alcohol when you used this drug too.[2]
