Purpose & Application

Adenosine is an antiarrhythmic and a nucleoside [1]. it treats

irregular heartbeats and slows down the electrical conduction in
the heart and normalizing the heart rhythm [4]. It improves blood
flow to the heart [4]. This drug could sometimes cause deadly
heart problems like irregular heartbeats and avoid caffeine[4].
There are also many side effects to Adenosine like Dizziness;
flushing; headache; lightheadedness; stomach pain[4]. Also it is
better to avoid adenosine if youre pregnant or trying to and if
youre breastfeeding[4]. Although Adenosine might be very useful
but it is also harmful so it better to be careful before taking it.
