CT STUDY OF HEAD

Infratentorial

Cerebellopontine angle and prepontine cisterns are seen normally.

Fourth ventricle is normal in size and midline in location.

Cerebellar parenchyma and brain stem appears to be normal.

Supratentorial

Both the cerebral hemisphere show normal gray and white matter differentiation.
Cortical sulci are prominent.

No subdural or extradural collection is seen.

Basal cisterns are seen normally.

Third and both lateral ventricles are seen normally.

No midline shift is seen.

Bony architecture

No obvious fracture is seen. Soft tissue swelling is seen around left orbit and in left
frontal region.

OPINION:

NO POST TRAUMATIC INTRACRANIAL PATHOLOGY IS SEEN.


SOFT TISSUE SWELLING AS DESCRIBED.
AGE RELATED CORTICAL SULCAL PROMINENCE.

Clinical correlation is required
