CT STUDY OF HEAD

Infratentorial

Fourth ventricle is normal in size and midline in location.

Cerebellar parenchyma and brain stem appears to be normal.

Supratentorial

Hyperdense areas of blood density are seen in left frontal region and along right occipital
horn.

No subdural or extradural collection is seen.

Third and both lateral ventricles are normal in size.

No midline shift is seen.

OPINION:

MULTIPLE SMALL HAEMORRHAGIC CONTUSIONS WITH

INTRAVENTRICULAR BLEED..

COMPARED WITH PREVIOUS CT THERE IS INCREASE IN SIZE OF

CONTUSIONAL BLEED AND APPEARANCE OF BLEED IN RIGHT
OCCIPITAL HORN.

Clinical correlation is required
