List of Distribution Cabin Crew Administration is responsible for organizing the multiplication and distribution of Cabin Crew Announcements Manual to be carried in each aircraft and to be handed over to all the cabin crew members. Cabin Crew Administration is responsible for issuing and maintaining a distribution list with the copies carried in each aircraft. The List of distribution is a separate document kept by Cabin Crew Administration.Copies of the List of Distribution shall be forwarded to the Cabin Crew Manager and to the Quality Department. The control numbers of copies are allocated as follows: e 1 to 14 for Manuals in the aircrafts e 15 and on ,for cabin crew personal copies A number of spare Manuals shall be printed to cover the forseen growth of the fleet and personnel,as well as for the personnel fluctuation. Cabin Crew Administration is responsible for inserting the revisions in the Manuals carried in each aircraft.0.5. Guidelines for Announcements Senior Cabin Crew(SCC)is responsible for the announcements on hoard the aircraft,but he/she could delegate another Cabin Crew Member(CC) to perform the announcements. On the ground ,before the beginning of the flight,SCC shall verify the passenger addressing system (PA).The voice shall be heard loud and clear with equal intensity through out the cabin . The announcements shall be read: ° Friendly positive voice ° Grammatically correct e With necessary pause between words . Loud and clear for a complete understanding. For the announcements not presented in the current manual,in order to avoid the mistakes, SCC shall : ° Write down first the new announcement e Ask the Commander’approval for the final text, before the announcement being read.The order of the language announcements will be: A. For regular flights: 1.Romanian 2.English 3.Country of destination’s language if present in the current manual B.
