 General Information
Terms:
Contractors, plumbers, building supply
houses and installers are intitled to discounts
on most items.
Interest will be charged at the rate of 1%
per month on all accounts past due or an annu-
al rate of 12%. Minimum charge of $0.50. If at
any time, the financial responsibility of the Pur-
chaser becomes unsatisfactory to us, cash pay-
ments or satisfactory security may be demanded
by us and upon default of such payments or
failure to furnish satisfactory security, furhter
delivery may be discontinued.
Deliveries:
A fuel surcharge of $30 for up to 60 mile
radius and $60 to 100 mile radius of our plant
location will be added to deliveries anytime fuel
prices exceed $5.00/gallon.
For delivery charges beyond 100 mile
radius or in another state, please call our office. through faulty manufacture, we will, within the

Delays:
In the event of any delay in our perfor-
mance, due in whole or in part to causes beyond
our control, we shall be allowed such additional
time for our performance as may be reasonably
neccessary. Acceptance by you, or your agent,
of delivery of any material shall constitute a
waiver by you of any claim for damages on ac-
count of any delay in delivery of such goods.
Limited Warranty:
We warrant our products to have been
manufactured in a workmanlike manner and
in accordance with our standard specifications,
unless otherwise indicated in our quotation
and/or acknowledgement. Since we have no
contol over the products after delivery, we as-
sume no responsiblity after delivery has been
made. If a delivered item is found to be defec-
tive within a period of one year from date of
delivery, and said defect is our responsibility
