Lesson aims:

- to talk about household jobs

- to give practice in speaking on a given topic

- to enrich vocabulary

Operational aims:

- to stimulate speaking and reading , to create interest in the topic and to initiate
discussion;

- to give practice in describing a situation

- to develop/review specific vocabulary related to general subject areas.

Assessment: class discussion, on-the-spot performance

Materials: handouts, book, CD player, notebooks, blackboard

Anticipated problems:

- Some students may be reluctant to speak and express their own points of view.

-Some students may not understand some of the new vocabulary .
