Attack and Burning

On 23/7/10, about 10 o’clock Burma army MOC 10 launched mortar to Tha Dah Der
village for about 4 hours then at 2:30 pm entered to the village and burned 50
houses, one Church, one School with all school materials, over 20 farm houses, on
the next day in the after noon SPDC troops withdrew from the village, over 500
villagers fled away and stay in surrounding villages. People from Tha Dar Der lost all
of their possession.

Bu Tho township
Forced labor and demanding
On 12/6/10, LIB 434 commander Soe Tin forced villager to cut bamboos for them,
Day Law Pu and Wa Klu Kho 100 bamboos, Htee Ber Ka Hta and Wa Klu kee 100
bamboos and sent it to Wai Moe.
On 18/6/10, about 9:50 pm DKBA 666 battalion Pa Na Di came to Ka Neh Khaw
villager and in Mae Mweh village tract called Saw Pa Moo age 36, beat his back 2
time,, strike his face 1 time and threat him like put the knife on his ear .
On 19/6/10, DKBA Ka Hsaw Wah battalion company number (5) captain Bo Ba Yo
forced Noh Law Su villager to cut 200 bamboos to built there camp at Ku Seik. On
2/6/10, LIB 434 camp commander Aung Thet Zaw and Bo Ba Yo forced Mae Nyo
village tract, Klaw Hta village to cut 200 bamboos for their camp’s fence.
On 22/6/10, the DKBA 999 which stayed at Ma Lay Ler forced two villagers to sent
raft Bamboom at Ma Taw to Ma Lay Ler.
On 25/6/10, the DKBA forced two villagers to send them patients to Kwee Hta Ma.
On 10/7/10 A Nge from DKBA 777 of K Hsaw Wah battalion arrested Thwa Kho
Loe villager Pah La Htoo age 18 that innocence the DKBA asked him money 50,000
kyats and strike his face three time and kick his ribs with military boots and it became
swell inside his body. The DKBA also shot gun beside him.
On 17/7/10, the LIB 434 camp commander Aung Thein Kyaw and DKBA of K Hsaw
Wah battalion leader of Saw Ba Yo forced 24 Klaw Hta villagers to built fence for
their camp.
The DKBA which stayed at Ku Si forced the villager who stayed at Ma Taw area, like
Hta Po Kaw Poe, Hta Dwee Kho to give them 1400 pieces of roofing leaf, Noh Law
Su and Klaw Hta had to cut bamboo for their camp at Ku Si and Lah Aye Su. Ma
Htaw, Thwa Kho Loe, Hta Au Loe, Ler Gu Hta, Tha Ma Kyu Loe, and Khaw Kla
villagers had to cut bamboo and made them fence.
On 17/7/10, the DKBA entered to Kae Kaw village and slept there, and about 10:30
pm Tha Ton Aye who control by general Mon Aye rape Naw Mu Hsi age 27 on the
way went to toilet.
Taw Oo ( Taungoo) district
Attack the villager
On 6/6/10, MOC 7 and LIB 427 which based at Kaw Thay Der arrested Kaw Thay
Der villager Saw Humber age 70, and Saw Tha Kwee age 27 when they went to
cardamom orchard and they asked them to send them to Naw Soe camp and to
remove land mine and till now they were not released them.
On 9/6/10, the SPDC from Ba yint Naung military base shot village head Naw San
Myint age 35 the daughter of Saw Daeh Moo, she got injury at leg.

Forced labor and demanding

On 14/6/10, LIB 426 stayed at Play Hsa Loe camp and Kaw Thay Der camp forced
Kaw Thay Der village to cut 170 bamboos for them.
On 6/7/10, LIB 426 which stays in Kaw Thay Der forced Kaw Thay Der villagers to
cut them 10 bamboos and on 7/7/10 MOC 7, and IB 250 which stayed Play Hsar Loe
forced 200 villagers to carry their foods to Htee Mu Hta camp.
On 7/7/10, SPDC forced 25 men and 35 women from Play Hsar Loe village, 8 men
and 12 women from Lay Gaw Loe Paw Pa village, 15 men and 10 women from Yer
Loe village, 7 men and 8 women form Plaw Baw Der villager, 61 persons from Yu
Loe and Ka Mu Loe village to carry their food supplies at Play Hsa Loe to Htee Mu
Hta and to Ma La Daw.
On 9/7/10, IB 250 which stayed at Play Hsar Loe forced 8 villagers to carry their food
supply at Play Hsa Loe to Tha Pye Nyunt.
On 13/7/10, IB 73 came to Pai Taw Day villager and arrested Saw Tamala Doh and
Saw Wah Nay Say and took them to Za Yat Kyi camp they were not released till now.
On 15/7/10, IB 73 which based in Shar Zi Bo arrested Shar Zi Bo villager when Saw
Sander on the way came back from his farm and took him to their camp and he was
not released till now. On 15/7/10, IB 102 entered to Hu Mu Der area and arrested Saw
Baby Htoo and Saw Hydrew they were not released till now.

Doo Tha Htoo District

Demanding
On 9/7/10 LIB 707, MOC 4 led by Captain Wana Zaw asked money to build about
middle school, sign board, at Nat Kyi village. The village those who forced are Ngi
Kyi 100000 Kyats, Shwe Laung Aye 100,000 Kyats, and Pi Ti tract about 100,000
Kyats. On 17/7/10 asked to collect at Ngi Kyi village.

Kler Lwee Htoo ( Nyaunglebin) district

Ler Doh ( Kyaukkyi) township

Demanding
On 10/6/10, LIB 323 forced Ler Doh Towship area to give them 5 sacks of rice and 4
people per village tract to be people militia. For Thoo Ka Bi School, the SPDC will
support a computer and asked money to the students’ parents that to give them
(50,000) kyats for each village tract and the total of money is 1,500,000 kyats. SPDC
ordered to the villages that all the village that located in plain lands had to set up
sentry check point.
