PREFACE

Summer Industrial Training for a Chemical Engineering student in an industry

makes the student more practical and habitat. To analyze the situation in more
critical way which ultimately contribute in later stage of practice? The knowledge
of the entire industry is must for the engineer to do the troubleshooting in the
quickest possible way so that the production does not alter. So for the entire
industrial training play a vital role in developing the practical knowledge of
theoretical ideas conveyed earlier. Industrial training is professional requirement
besides the academic requirement and also important for the growth of the student.

In the National Fertilizers Limited plant at Nangal, I went through various

processes and unit operations that was really a great experience. Here I had seen a
large number of equipments that I wanted to. In this report I have tried my best to
introduce about all important sections of the plant where I got the chance to learn
various things.

NFL who gave me the golden opportunity to get my 6 months training in NFL,
Nangal Unit and assisted me throughout my stay here. They have helped me in
getting pragmatic knowledge on what all the happening in an industry and they
discussed urbanely about how we should be prolific to the society. We honestly
thanks for the acumen which we gained during the dates from 9th January 2017 to
8th July 2017.
