Hello Dan,

How have you been lately? I hope all is well and you're having a fine day. There is some type of
sickness at Reston within the monkeys that I would like to bring to your attention. Most of our
monkeys have been getting sick and dying. Their symptoms are: unusual behavior, loss of
appetite, and tired/droopy eyes. We had a shipment of 100 monkeys come in and two of them
had died on arrival, but we didn't think much of it. We had separated those 98 monkeys into 12
separate rooms; after four weeks from that shipment, we have found 29 dead from that
shipment. I would like to think that the sickness is SHF, but I would like a second opinion.

Thank you for your time, and I hope you are just as concerned about this sickness between the
monkeys at Reston just as I am. It would be remarkable if you were able to stop at Reston and
check out our monkeys and help us find a way to stop this sickness from spreading.
