This assignment was a unit 9 guided lab that explained harmonic motion. I added this to

my E-Portfolio because it was very difficult for me to understand the difference between period

and frequency and it was hard to remember how to find it and which one was cycles per second

or the other way around. For me this was actually one of the most difficult things in the lesson

for me to memorize because they were so easily mixed up and so similar to one another. Out of

the whole unit 9 I believe this was one of the most difficult concepts to memorize for me. I

overcame this by studying a lot on how they were different and I tried to think of many different

ways that I could easily remember them but it was a difficult task that I overcame before our

final exam so I could easily remember the difference between the two and overcome this

reappearing issue. Overall, I thought this physics course was a very difficult course if you do not

commit to succeeding in this class. If you give an honest effort and try to understand

conceptually the lesson in class then it is no longer that difficult. I had to overcome many

obstacles in physics including all of the chapters we have done when I faced many obstacles in

each and I believe I overcame all of those challenges and learned from my mistakes. Finally, I

know that during this class I became a better person and a much better problem solver during this

period and I look forward to taking more challenging courses like this one in the future.
