Stress is an individual's response to events which regularly threaten or rather

challenge them. It is commonly caused by stressors which can be of many types, and this will

include circumstances as well as events of life. In general, it causes psychophysiological

disorders. It will show up as an actual medical problem which will influence, and it is under

the control of an interaction of psychological or rather emotional and physical difficulties.

When an individual is under stress, an immediate solution will be to cope you with it, and it

will include making efforts to control or reduce as well as learn to tolerate stress. It will

involve emotional focused coping as well as problem-focused coping which become helpful.

In this aspect, we have different types of coronary heart diseases which include typing

A B and D, in general type A behavior pattern involves the cluster of behavior which involves

hostility and sometimes time urgency. On the other hand, type D behavior pattern is

characterized by anxiety as well as negative outlook and the risk is at having repeated heart

attacks.

Our interaction with medical physicians helps us follow medical advice. In general, it

will take care of non-compliance which is creative nonadherence, as a fact this has a role in

Wellbeing and happiness develop subjectively, and this implies that many individuals

make an evaluation of their lives in general terms of both their thoughts and emotions. Mostly

the associated character for that has inclusion of having high self-esteem, firm sense of

control. In so doing there is an inner development of perfection and satisfaction.
