Engineering Co.,Ltd, is located in the largest wheat county of China, province governing county ----Hua
County, is the national key manufacture enterprise for complete sets of oil machinery and an outstanding
corporate member of Oil and Fat Division of CCOA (Chinese Cereals And Oil Association). We have
obtained Design License of Grade D1 & D2 Pressure Vessel , Manufacture License of Grade D1 &
D2 Pressure Vessel, Design License of Pressure Pipeline, Installation License of Pressure Pipeline,
Manufacture and Installation license of Organic Heat Carrier Boiler, Mechanical and Electrical
Equipment Installation Qualification and Work Safety License, etc, specializing in a variety of oil
machinery, SPC & SPI machinery, corn starch machinery, flour machinery, feed machinery, biodiesel
machinery , coal chemical industry machinery, sewage treatment machinery, waste tires high temperature
pyrolyzing machinery, research and development, design, manufacture, installation and Turnkey project
service. The company has passed ISO9001-2008 quality management system certification, is the only
public listed company (code: 837819) in oil machinery manufacture, with right to import&export.

occupy a ground space of 64,912 , the office and auxiliary building occupy a ground space of 10,500
; The company has all types of advanced production and processing equipment more than 120 sets,
includes testing equipment, the conventional measurements, leak detectors, universal materials testers and
NDT equipment; Our company owns 160 engineering and technical staffs, 8 high level technical staffs,
58 middle level technical staffs and 78 welders who have boiler & pressure vessel welding certificate
among 380 staffs. Our equipment exported to all over the country ( cooperated with COFCO,
Sinograin Oils Corporation, Jiusan Group, Luhua Group, Xiwang Group, Yihai Kerry Group, Louis
Dreyfus), and export to Southeast Asia, Central Asia, South America, Africa, more than 30 countries and
more than 50 sets of equipment.

3.4.2 Process description
3.4.2.1 Oil refining tank
Two-speed motor, inside heating with serpentine coil, with finned stirrer, oil heating up fast, washing
uniform, automatic welding technology, beautiful in appearance.
3.4.2.2 Drying and decolorization tank
Double layer serpentine coil to rise and fall of temperature ,upper head and lower cone,adopting
automatic welding technology, beautiful in appearance, good seal, with finned stirrer, energy saving.
3.4.2.3 High temperature deodorization tank
Deodorization tank adopt third generations of energy-saving products of our company, Whole equipment
is stainless steel and with automatic welding technology. Internal high pressure steam injection system to
ensure the oil fully stirred. High deodorization efficiency. Double layer serpentinecoil, heating and
cooling fast, energy saving.

With high efficiency,energy saving and low rack steam and water jet pump, with Characteristics of large
swept volume, high efficiency, saving steam, etc.

Quality and Service Commitment

1.Ensure to timely provide complete sets of equipment and accessories.
2. Ensure that one-time installation debugging acceptance.
3. To provide high quality material with preferential price.
4. Priority to provide customer our new craftworks and products.
5. Free training technological operator to ensure the trained staff can operation independently.
6. In the installation process,we will appoint a installation supervision staff on the spot.
7. we will offer an experienced project manager, organize a good installation team for the work of field
installation debugging.
8.After the equipment field assembly and installation,we will be also responsible for the single equipment
debugging, online debugging and Feeding trial operation,to ensure that equipments can normal operate in
full load conditions.We will provide all kinds of information and records according to the requirements
of the bid. The qualified completion files will be provided to customers according to their requirements
within one month after acceptance.
9. In the warranty period, all because of the quality of products has caused the damage or failure of
equipment, suppliers will take the responsibility for the free repair and replacing spare part.
Due to the damage caused by the customer,we only charge material costs for repair and replacement.
After the receipt of customers notice,we will suggests the method to solve problem within six hours, or
send specialist to the site to solve the problem within twenty four hours.After the receipt of customers
