Business Plan The Tipsey Crew

Executive Summary
We will be a Bar/ Restaurant. We will be serving variety of drinks from tequila to
whiskey. We will also have a restaurant located on the main floor. The Bar will be on the second
floor. In the restaurant, we will serving Pizza, Mozzarella Sticks, Nachos, Tacos, and our
specialty, Tipsey Burger. We are located in Trenton, NJ and open Mon-Sat from 7pm- 4pm.

Legal Structure

For our business we chose to do a partnership with owners Nico Linares, Andrew
McIntosh and Raj Chudasama . This legal structure operates with two or more people working as
owners and share the income. Weve chosen to do a partnership because it offers many
advantages. A partnership is easier and less expensive than corporations to set up. Partnerships
are also more simple to administer. Profits and losses are shared between partners according to
their share. Partnerships also allow for greater flexibility in holidays and sick leave unlike a sole
proprietor. We need Liquor License and Food license, and Building Insurance.

Company Description

The Tipsey Crew is one of the famous bar in Trenton, NJ. We choose this name because it
sounds exciting and unique. We choose this location because its one of the major party
cities.Our business is going to be operated by Andrew, Nico, Raj. Our aim is to provide
happiness and joy through, food, music and drinks. Our short term goals is to serve 1 million
people and make approximately $5 million dollars. Our long term goal is to become 5-star bar
and become the most famous bars in United States. Our keys to success is Hard work, working
late night, and good products. Our Products will be Food, Drink, Snacks etc. We will also start
delivering food and drinks across Trenton, NJ.

Management and Ownership of Business

Most of the courses that we have taken in school will help us with managing our
business. These courses include: Economics- to help us understand how to make smart decisions
with our money and how to use what we have to our advantage and also Business Management,
and healthy lifestyle. Co-owner, Nico has had previous experience in the food industry by
working at a small local restaurant. We will have 24 people working at our bars. We will have a
professional Chef and First Class bartender. Workers will be required to be outgoing,
courageous, have a good sense of humor,and be good with people, and lastly be skilled in the arts
of alcoholic beverages. Nico will be in of ordering products, and Andrew will be in charge of the
surroundings and make sure everything is good, and Raj will be in charge of money and paying
the bills.

At Tipsey Crew, We serve Worlds Finest Drinks, a range of dinner options for all tastes
and desires, desserts every day throughout our operating hours. Our dinner items cover many
ethnic backgrounds such as mexican, chinese, american, and etc. With foods such as Burgers,
Wings, Fried Chicken, Tacos,tacos, accompanied by flares of Chinese favorites such as General
sos Chickens.

Our main target is young adults around 21+ years old. The main source of people who are
buying our products and using our services are Party People, College Students,Young Adults and
Single Adults. Most of our customers will be Male which is half of our Population. We will be
located right inside of Trenton, NJ close to 2 Universities that will attract college students. Our
customers will buy our food, drinks and other party items. They will buy our product during the
later hours of the day. We will have the most customers on special holidays, like New Years, etc.
and whenever they feel the need to party or just to eat. We will reach our customers with radio
and newspaper advertising.

Analysis of Competition ?

Compared to the competition we have a larger selection of foods and we will also
have more of a selection of scenery and environments to fit all types of people and all ages.
We will also bring fresher look to the community and its people. And our quality of food
and drinks will be better than all of our competition. We will also have unbeatable service
at our establishment.

Conclusion

Our startup cost will be around $600,000. We plan on renovating the


building, like making it 3 floors and have bar and a restaurant on a different floors.
The renovation itself will be around $150,000. We will be bringing $5,000 each. We
all have a business background so Im pretty sure that we will be able to run the
business really good and become millionaires. We have taken Business
Management class that will help us with the business.
