The Summer Food Program is federally funded through the Department of Education. The Cincinnati Public Schools
sponsors the Summer Food Service Program for Children in cooperation with the Cincinnati Recreation
Commission and other Community Groups. Free meal are available to children between 1 and 18 years of age, or
persons 19 - 21 years of age, who are determined by a State or Local Public Education Agency to be mentally or
physically handicapped, enrolled in an educational program with an IEP.

The Summer Food Service Program is available to all children regardless of Race, Color, National Origin, Sex, Age.
Any person who believes that he or she had been discriminated against in any USDA-related activity should write to the
Secretary of Agriculture, Washington, D.C., 20250; Pursuant to Civil Right Laws and Regulations.
