WHEN elected Tour | Chief Steward, I the undersigned WILL put an end to the Casselli Administration
Secret Payout Scandal! That has thus far resulted in Art XV Internal Charges for MISAPPROPRIATION
OF FUNDS v President Casselli, Director Industrial Relations Henderson and Tour 1 Chief Larry
Love.
Background information:
The Tour I Chief also being APWU Step II Representative is the ONLY APWU Officer with the full
knowledge of ALL of the following information at the DATE/TIME either (1) a Step Il Settlement with
Labor Relations Step I! Designee is reached including PAYOUT; (2) the parties agree on reducing total
monetary award; or (3) is "SENT" to Step 3 "as is" for the parties at that level to bring issue to resolve
including:
a) names of class action grievants; b) EIN#'s of class action grievants; c) total # of class action grievants:
and d) total amount of monetary award to be paid ONLY to class action grievants CITED in that specific
rievance.
ACTION NOW TICKET TRUSTEE CANDIDATES Allen Doman, Kim Barlow and Hayden Frederick
after hours and hours of informative discussion were instrumental in the formulation of the following.

1) After the NAMES and EIN#s of Class Action grievances are collected
2) Step I Steward seeks out each individual grievant cited to receive payment having them fill out an as
(YET TO BE MADE: but would be in no way difficult emailable form) Step I & II Class Action
notification form
3) Step I & I Class Action notification form includes grievants email address, ALL tracking and
additional information as grievance moves through the system
4) Step I Steward then takes "Step I & II Class Action notification form” using it to email the following,
information to ALL grievants
a) Nature of grievance and specific contractual violations making same "grievable"
b)# of total grievants named on grievance
) Amount of total monetary award to be split amongst # of total grievants named
4d) NONE OF THE ABOVE is currently made available to GRIEVANTS at any stage of the grievance
process
5) At Step II Grievants cited in Class Action agree to designate one (1) member of their group a Step II
"proxy" made available by Management to attend Step II hearing between APWU/Labor Relations
6) BOTH Step II "proxy" and Step II designee apprise remaining Class Action Grievants of the results of
Step II hearing between APWU/Labor Relations by completion of the Step I & Il Class Action
