I would like to put this concern about frequent smoking in washroom on 1st floor.

Hi there,

This is the 2nd time I have purchased the Cruiser Box and for the 2nd time the lock
of the box broke off in few months.
The product is elegant, however the lock breaks in few months. The entire box is
intact except few scratches, but its sad that just for the lock I will have to throw it
away. I suggest you should come up with a metal lock instead of metallic colour
fibre lock.
I wish you could give me replacement with nominal charges.
