Dear Sir,

With Reference to above, Sr No 001 is ready with us from 05 th April 2015,

We have deposited Rites Inspection call letter Dated 20 th April 2015 along with all
required Drg. and Spec.
But the RITES Inspection officer is going on Leave from 30 th April to 4th May 2015, due
to his personal issues, would be able the provide Inspection report only after 5 th of may
2015, in the mean time chemical lab report also be available.

So we humbly Request You to Provide with extension of delivery date for Sr No 1.up to
31st of May 2015.
