OBJECTIVE

During my time on Active Duty, I established four new, best practices throughout my career: Records
Management, NATO Combat Reporting, base-wide auditing of resources and developing training for each
of these programs. I was able to coordinate the efforts of many to meet organizational goals at each

Led a group of artists of various ages in weekly meetings to discover inspiration and create artwork in
various mediums of their choice based on the current Liturgical season. Designed, installed and curated
exhibitions of this artwork in the church campus throughout the year. Designed and installed advertising
artworks for various ministries within the church such Young Hearts Drama team, various performing
Choirs & Bands, Childrens Ministries, Quilt & Prayer Shawl Ministries, the Altar Guild and others.
Created Worship Art Displays, large pieces of interactive art for the congregation to contribute to and
be a part of to coincide with the Worship Season.

Taught after school children various art techniques such as weaving, sculpture, painting, color
coordination, oil pastel, and soap making. Led an Intergenerational Art Camp for a week of art projects
based on the Genesis story of creation. Projects included puppets, silhouettes, wreaths, canvas paintings
and mosaics.

2013 - 2014 UNITED STATES AIR FORCE


Chapel Office Manager

Managed facility scheduling for 2 chapels, 1 hospital chapel and 1 Airmen Ministry
Center, developed advertising and publicity for all major programs to include print, digital
and web-based, coordinated chaplain support for unit functions, interventions and
counseling or base- wide interagency programs, and provided day to day customer service for the military
community needs. Developed Office Management Checklists for
common items including wedding scheduling, funerals, chaplain recall, calendar
reservations, etc.

Developed checklists, contact rosters and action task cards for quick response and life
saving actions for all contingencies relating to natural disasters, terror attack or major
accidents, developed hands-on scenario based and classroom formal training for military, contractors and
volunteers, created shelter-in-place kits for 4 locations.

Maintained over 200,000 records across 35-40 categories both hard copies and digital files in accordance
with Air Force Records Disposition requirements, maintained files plan in AFRIMS (Air Force Records
Information Management System), responsible for
safeguarding and proper filing of US & NATO classified records, Privacy Act Records,
Freedom of Information Act requests, ensured Base Plans, Operating Instructions and Air Force
Instructions current by date, developed user training which became an Air Force benchmark program.

Maintained accounts of assets, manning and training conducted wing-wide, proof checked for accuracy
and submitted monthly to DoD, ensured accuracy and accountability in Readiness reporting, developed
checklists and training for incident report submission, ensured timely, accurate and detailed incident
reporting to DoD as required, developed processes, training and templates for accurate Combat NATO
reporting.

Command Post Senior Emergency Operations Controller
Scott AFB, IL - RAF Lakenheath, UK - Travis, CA
Ensured all aspects of console operations & emergency responses. Developed work
schedules; checklists for emergency actions & office operations; wrote Operating
Instructions and created standard Console procedures. Developed templates for drafting
reports to Armed Forces Europe and NATO and designed a new training plan for
controllers to rapidly send required reports with minimal errors.
