The NATA Salary Survey is conducted every three years with the goal of providing NATA members with the data they need in
negotiating with current and prospective employers. The 2014 survey was conducted this November and nearly 7,000 members
responded. The national average salary for full-time positions in 2014 was $55,036.
The following figures represent full-time positions only and do not include bonuses or benefits.
