REQUEST FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT

Due to the delay in payment of my monthly wages as a result of unidentified impediment

from the bursary department, I humbly request a financial assistance of N150,000 (One
hundred and fifty thousand Naira) from the School of Environmental Technologys staff
welfare unit. This is to relieve my financial responsibility during this festive period. This
same amount will be paid back immediately payment of arrears is made.
