    12:Whenalliscompletedandsavedyoucannow(SUBMIT)thereferralanditwillgothrough
    toadmin.Noticeatthetopthatyourreferralisintheincidentreferraleditorboxwaiting.Once
    youhitsubmititwillnolongerbethere.Ifyouseeanyreferralsinthisboxatthetopwhenyou
    areintheprocessofwritingone,thenitDIDNOTgothroughandiswaitingintheholdingbox.
