Duties and Responsibilities

Provide Full Secretarial and Administrative support to the Operations


Department to ensure the smooth running of the department operations
Perfrom data-entry, recording, printing and filing duties
Maintain a proper and user friendly filing and document control system for
recording and tracking of all documents for the team
Create and Maintain useful databases for the team
Undertake any admin projects or duties as required
Coordinate Travel arrangements (Air Ticket, Hotel Accomodation, Visa
Arrangements, etc.)
Assist to Check, Verify and Dispatch Claims and Invoices

Minimum Qualifications

Proficient with MS office


Good interpersonal skils and able to work well with others in a fast-paced
working enviroment
Able to work independently and as a team
