To Whom It May Concern:

It is my pleasure to tell you about an extraordinary young man named Javier

Sanchez who is a senior at New Technology High School. Javier has been my
neighbor for many years and I have had the pleasure of watching him grow into
an amazing young man.
Javier has done work for me on many occasions, everything from yard work to
small home projects. Javier comes from a supportive, hardworking family that
demonstrate a strong commitment to family, education and work. He has the
ability to set goals for himself and the determination to achieve his goals. He is a
very kind and caring person always offering up a helping hand and not expecting
anything in return. He can be given a project and needs little to no supervision to
complete the task.
A characteristic that has impressed me about Javier is his determination to
improve himself, always putting his school work first. Javier comes from a large
family that makes meeting the expenses for college difficult. No one is more
deserving than Javier for financial assistance to help him achieve his academic
goals.
